Scheduling a ride:

Calling at least four (4) working days in advance typically ensures we will be able to meet the requested appointment time.

We will make every effort to meet your transportation needs with short notice or will suggest an alternative solution.

When scheduling your appointment; please be aware that you will be asked important information each time, such as: Name, Address, Telephone Number, Destination Address and Special Needs. All information will be kept confidential.

Because our appointment times fill up quickly, please call us as soon as possible to schedule a ride.

 

Pick-ups and Return trips:

To ensure that we get everyone to their designated appointment on time, we ask that you be ready at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled pick up time. If your driver for some unforeseen reason is running behind schedule, we will give you a call immediately. (That is why it is very important that we have your correct and current telephone numbers at all times.)

 

Cancellation and “no show” policy:
It is very important to let us know in advance if there is a cancellation. We would like at least a two (2) hour notice prior to your scheduled pick up time. If the driver arrives at the location and there is no pick-up, and a call has not been received for that time; there will be a charge of $25.00 for that appointment time. We understand that emergencies do occur and that you may not have the ability to give us a two (2) hour notice before scheduled pick-ups but please notify the office as soon as possible.
